JAMES
Jewellery And Metalwork Enquiry Show
JAMES is an exhibition project that was brought to life by 6 international jewellery makers:
CHRISTINE GRAF (Germany), LISA JUEN (Germany, China), TONI MAYNER (UK), PATRICK MCMILLAN (USA), KATHRYN PARTINGTON (UK) & JESSICA WORLEY (UK).
After the first group show 'Come and see JAMES' in 2007, which was also the Final Show of the 2007 MA Jewellery, Silversmithing & Related Products group, those 6 makers decided to carry on with showing their work and establish their own independent exhibitions.
So far, two exhibitions have been shown at the Atelier Klarastrasse 1, alongside the 'Schmuck' Fair in Munich, Germany:
'JAMES on Stage' in 2008
'The JAMES Exchange' in 2009
The title and topic of the 2010 show is called 'Dear JAMES'.
