'Loudlives' is a series of work that was created in 2011.
The beginnings of this line of work can be found in the
'The JAMES Days' exhibition at the BKV in Munich in 2011.
Based on the context of this exhibition, I was forced to work with photos in my pieces, a way of working that was, until then, very unfamiliar to me. The same can be said about collecting and rearranging materials. The 'JAMES Loudlives' mark not only the beginning of a new line of work but also a new line in my thinking and designing process.
'Loudlives' is a series of work that resulted from the 'JAMES Loudlives'. While the former asked to concentrate on foreign images and contents, the latter concentrates on my personal being, surroundings and impressions.
'Loudlives' are considered to be observations.
They are about people and their living situations: either seen from a distance or closed-up: either with a foreign content or seen with a personal perspective.
